T-COT, Inc. will send 1 to 2 auditors to review your payables that involve sales & use tax, and if applicable your severance tax filings. We look for places we think you might have overpaid, whether it is the result of a changed rule, or simply an exemption you qualify for. After the review we will file a report, and with your approval submit it to the state for verification and a refund. While we are at your company we will be happy to share any information on what we may have found and answer any other questions that you might have. Our staff will also use their knowledge to defend your company against state tax audits should you come under the review of your state. You are our client to take care of for as long as you need us.
